Hello,

Trying to program a MTFC8GAKAJCN-1M using a 48Pro2.

Found the device on the list, tried to program it, came up with programming adapter test error.

Ordered correct bottom (BGA-Bottom-327) to match the top I had (BGA-Top-278 Zif-CS); assembled the two together with the notches matching...same error.

Tried upgrading the programming software (3.28); same thing.

Any ideas?

The suitable adaptor socket combination for the Micron MTFC8GAKAJCN-1M device in the VFBGA153 package, as mentioned in our software is:

Dataman-48Pro2 with adapter/module:
BGA-Bottom-327 + BGA-Top-278 ZIF-CS (a) or
BGA-Bottom-327 + BGA-Top-284 ZIF (a)

The BGA-Top-278 ZIF-CS and BGA-Top-278 ZIF-CS (a) are different parts. Please purchase the BGA-Top-278 ZIF-CS (a) or BGA-Top-284 ZIF (a) in order to program this device.
