Hello oneday,

Can you provide more information about what you are trying to do?

I can see no problems with reading data from a master SST25VF016B device and programming the same data into another SST25VF016B device. This should work as expected as long as the devices are good.

You may run into problems if you are reading data from a master SST25VF016B device and programming it into a AT26DF161A device, as they may not be pin or electrically compatible.

I will try to help you further once I have more information.

Hello oneday

I can not understand this situation. This chip is straight forward Flash, it has no security or sector protect.

I am afraid that I do not know why the copy chip does not work at all in your application.

It is nothing to do with the programmer if you can read/write to the chip without errors.

I am sorry that we could not be of more help on this occasion.
