I am using the Dataman-48 unit. When trying to load in a file, nothing happens. The file is rather large and has been converted into Intel-Hex. The Dataman software recognizes the file as Intel-Hex, but when it tries to load to specific addresses, it won't. It just fills the addresses with FFh. I have tried loading with a smaller file, and it works properly. Any help would be appriciated. The EPROM we are trying to burn is Am27C040, from AMD

Re: File not read in properly
Hi,
Have you tried increasing the buffer size setting in the software when you load your file? The only reason that I can see for your error is that the specified buffer size is to small. Try enlarging this and then your file should load correctly. If you are unsure of how to do this then please contact me direct on email [email protected] and I will send you a software screenshot.
Regards,
Neil
