Dataman 48LV

Any success with operating on Win XP Pro??
Tried every released version, cannot find programmer error. As far as I can tell the port is there and available. Bios setting tried in Normal(XT/AT mode) and ECP mode. No success.

In your email direct to [email protected] you stated that you are using the software 3.61. This is the software for the Dataman 48LV and will not work with the Dataman 48XP. To get your Dataman 48XP working please download and install the software revision 5.40 from our website.

hi i have a lt48 but when i try to use it the software just says labtool not found,i have tried it on 3 pc's running xp and win98se and a laptop running win95.

i get the same message, anyone any ideas how to repair???

Hi,

It sounds as though your unit has developed a fault. Please return it to us for repair. There is a standard repair charge of £95 + return carriage + VAT where applicable. Our address can be found on the website under contact dataman.
