Hello,

What should be theoretical speed of programmin PIC12F615 via ISP and hex size of 6 kb.
I have 10 s with verification and seem a bit long time for 6kb, especialy for serial production.
I am using "Windows 10" on i7-6500U CPU 64bit, 16 Gb of RAM and software version "PG4UW v3.25r/07.2016".

Pleas advise

Thank you for posting in our Dataman user forum.

I can see from our records that our engineers made a modification to the ISP algorithm for the PIC12F615 in software v3.26m. Please download the latest software from our website here (currently 3.31/04.2017) and see if the situation improves: http://www.dataman.com/downloads/dl/fil ... ftware.zip

Manufacturer: Microchip
Type: PIC12F615 (ISP)
8-bit bytes: 800h (2,048 Bytes)
Organization: 400hx14 bit
Algorithm: In-Circuit Serial Programming
Implemented in SW ver.: 2.97 or earlier
Modified in SW ver.: 3.26m

If you have any questions, please contact me.

The programming speed improved to 3 s with PG4UW v3.31/03.07,
that is acceptable speed.
