When loading a straight hex file, I have found that the Dataman ignores the line of code that contains the EOF marker. By manually editing the file and placing a carriage return before the EOF marker (therefore putting EOF on its own line) all of the hex bytes are read in correctly and return the proper checksum. Unfortunately, I have hundreds of files that have already been built with the EOF marker in line with the hex data -- is there a workaround for this?
For reference, I am using a straight hex file formatted with 16 bytes per line, and the part I have selected is an AMD AM29F800B/BB *48TS.

Re: File Conversion Issue
Sterling,
You are going to have to manually edit all you straight hex files to fit the Dataman-48 software requirement.
There is no short cut for this.
