I have an 48 programmer and an ST FLASH NAND128W3A which I need to program. My programmer does not support this part, but an almost compatible Samsung K9F2808UOC. The 848 however do support the ST part. Why is it is not supported for the 48 programmer?

Re: 848 devices vs 48
Ulrik,
This chip was requested by an 848 customer who paid the NRE charge. The is no bad block management support. Which means if there is even one faulty block the part cannot be programmed.
We have no plan to add this chip to the 48XP.
