Just bought a batch of these EEPROMs for prototyping but there does not appear to be any erase option available. Have latest software (48UXP). Any tips??

Hi David,
EEPROM's by their very nature do not require erasure. You can simply program your new data over whatever is there. You can effectively erase the device by filling the buffer with FFh and programming that onto the device.
