Hi,
My software's name is "PG4UW v2.97/04.213".
I select the device is "Spanish S29GL512PxxFxxV2", and I check this device's information by use "Device Info".

Device Info describes this S29GL512PxxFxxV2's size is 67109120 bytes.

But I check S29GL512PxxFxxV2's datasheet,
datasheet describes S29GL512PxxFxxV2's size is 67108864 bytes (i.e., 64MB).

Why Device Info describes this S29GL512PxxFxxV2's size is 67109120 bytes instead of 67108864 bytes ?

The difference in device size that you are seeing is down to the inclusion of the SecSi sector.
