As per the S6 and the old S4, can I upgrade the Mempro for PIC programmation?
If yes, what is required?

Re: URAM replacement required by a URAM fault on power up.
Mr. Parker, I removed my URAM kit module just for checking it. Without identification of pin 1 on this module, may be I have inserted back in inverse the module. The Datamam seems to be out of service. Before to investigate money to fix the problem and buy a new URAM, does the display must show some...

Re: URAM replacement required by a URAM fault on power up.
Tank's a lot for these precision. My memory, that I confused for a microprocessor is constituted with 2 superposed circuit boards containing 2 memory IC by board. I think that your memory is the equivalent of my memory kit. The specifications of your memory is 512 kbyte and when I open my S4, the di...

Mr. Parker,
Tank's for this precision. Do you have a picture or a schematic diagram to identify precisely the RAM chip.
Your collaboration is so much appreciated.

URAM replacement required by a URAM fault on power up.
What is the way to replace the RAM Chip?
The RAM chip seems to be a soldered chip.
I bought a S6 Dataman, but I would like to use my S4 yet to get the "Function PROM". Function very appreciated on S4 that we cannot find on S6 software.
Tanks for your help,
Mario Drolet
