Also it is 2 version of it TC531000 CE=H and TC531000 CE=L. Could the TC531000 Mask ROM be factory programed for CE=H or CE=L? ...

Manufacturer / device ID check error!
ID manuf. = 8Fh, ID device = 2Fh
Does it means that theGAL is not function?
