I "need" to write to a X28HC64P-90 eeprom, LOAD works great, but BURN won't work.

Using LIB FLASH 1.14, the nearest I can find is the Atmel 28HC64.

This raises Pin 27 to 5V for WRITE, when the X28HC64 datasheet suggests this should be LOW for a WRITE operation.
