Dataman control software cant program my EPROM AM2716 on windows 10 pro, despite it was working pretty good on windows XP, but because my organization has updated all operation systems to Win10 based on security matter. So I am no longer able to program it. Is there any solutions.

Hello iqaisy,
Thank you for posting on our users forum. The latest software for the Dataman-40Pro supports the AM2716 device and works under all versions of Windows 10. I am not aware of any problems with this chip.
Please describe exactly what problem you are seeing and if possible provide the problem report which can be generated after the problem has occured using the Help > Create problem report feature within the Pg4uw control software.
