Windows 7 Driver Issue

Postby Guest » 10 Nov 2011 16:41

Hi

I'm having an issue with a 48pro+ and windows 7 via the USB

Just download the latest software and loaded it but windows states it's an unknown device. Going in to the properties it then states that it isn't configured correctly. I've ebnen reinstalled the drivers by pointing it to the driver folder

Am I missing something?

Andy

OK.... Just spent a lifetime installing XP mode.
I have installed the SW in XP mode and device manager is happy.
When trying to run the SW in XP mode, the SW still doesn't detect the programmer.

Anyone... any ideas???

Hello andyh,

Can you give me some more information about your system? If possible load up the software and attempt to connect to the programmer. Then create a problem report using the "Help | Create problem report" feature and email the log file to [email protected] for analysis.

I am running Windows 7 (32-bit) here and the software/drivers install correctly first time without using XP Compatibility mode. This has also been thoroughly tested on Windows 7 (64-bit).

It could be a problem with your programmer, have you been able to successfully connect to it on another machine? Do you get any communication errors from the software?

Regards,
