Hello Yuvaraj_uchi,

Thank you for posting on our users forum. Can you update the software to the latest version as we are continually making improvements. If you could then run the Selftest... from the Programmer menu, using the diagnostic pod included with the programmer and let me know the result?

Please also confirm that you have the DIL32/QFP80 ZIF HS3334ESHF1H adaptor socket that is required for this device.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Best regards,

Hello,

As a first step, please confirm that you have checked and eliminated the following points mentioned in the log file:

Selftesting procedure doesn't detect completely inserted the 48 Pins Diagnostic pod - Type I in the ZIF socket of the programmer.

Possible reasons of missing connections:
- The Diagnostic pod is not inserted into the ZIF socket or is not properly inserted
- The ZIF socket of the programmer is dirty and has bad contacts
- The programmer is damaged
- The Diagnostic pod is defective

Please let me know how you get on.

Best regards,

Hello,

Thank you for the information but we first need to establish why the Selftest... is failing to run on this programmer. Were you able to check each point mentioned below and eliminate each one as a cause of the error?

Possible reasons of missing connections:
- The Diagnostic pod is not inserted into the ZIF socket or is not properly inserted
- The ZIF socket of the programmer is dirty and has bad contacts
- The programmer is damaged
- The Diagnostic pod is defective

Please confirm that you have the DIL32/QFP80 ZIF HS3334ESHF1H adaptor socket that is required for this device.

Best regards,
