Is it possible to erase a 27c512-45 eeprom using the S3?
Programming is assumed to be as per a 27c512 UV Eprom?

Hi,
That device is an EPROM not an EEPROM and therefore cannot be electrically erased. If it does not have a UV window then it cannot be erased by ultraviolet either. This would be an OTP (one time programmable) device.
