Hello reezi,

The White Electronic Design WF512K32-90G2UM5A device in the CQFP 68pin package is not currently supported on any of our programmers. I have passed the datasheet onto our engineers for analysis of the device requirements, as soon as this is complete (1-2 days) I will be able to say more.

It looks like a fairly straight forward 512Kx32 5V FLASH memory device so I do not see any reason why we would not be able to add the support. We may require a sample of this device (non-returnable) in order to finalise the programming algorithm, please confirm that you would be willing to provide this.

I will inform you as soon as I have more information.

Best regards,

Thanks for your prompt reply.

Correct me if im wrong but at the moment none of the existing programmers can program this .

In a day or 2 you will get back to me letting me know if its possible or not .

I would have to provide a sample to further confirm .

Hope my understanding is correct

Hello Reezi,

Our engineers have completed their analysis of this device and while we are able to add the support to the software we are not able to find a suitable ZIF socket for that particular package type as it is quite unusual.

I am afraid that I can only recommend that you contact White Electronic Design and ask them for their solution to programming this chip.

Best regards,
