Programming the AT28HC256 with a binary file and received:
[2016 / 04 / 28 - 11:06:18] Verify
[2016 / 04 / 28 - 11:06:18] Verify Mode = 8 Bits
[2016 / 04 / 28 - 11:06:18] Verify Error Address = 0x00000040, Verify Data = 0x0000, Error IC Data = 0x00FF
[2016 / 04 / 28 - 11:06:18] Verify Fail!
[2016 / 04 / 28 - 11:06:18] ALL RUN Fail!

Can anyone help?

Can you tell me what the result of a Blank check before programming is on this device?

I have tested this selection in the S6 software with my sample of the AT28HC256 device and it works Okay.

Do you have any other devices to test with?

I updated software to 5.3.9.2 and it's working now.
