I spare some time to dig the datasheet of ATA6264 and tried to follow the instructions for accessing the device via SPI interface. I cannot get any data from MISO line, however it seems I send the right commands for entering the test mode..I am using 5A5A for accessing to testmode and 55AA or AA55 for testing its response.
Tomanycars - do you have any progress with your research? I am looking forward for your reply

Hi there, yes there is a programmer which can do this IC I am fully aware of its existence, but wanted to find the solution for this with an existing programmer that i own and attempt to do it myself, such as as using the dataman, orange5, or somthing along them lines, now the programmer that can do it is not cheap and also it requires a script that a developer created again not cheap neither. the programmer is called iprog
