I have a well used S4 with a damaged component.
The part is a TIMEXICO CP106D 77AJ8EW. I have searched the web but can't find a reference to either the name or the part number. The component is not identified on the pcb but it does live in the power supply area. The package is a TO92 style plastic 3 pin device.
Does anyone know what this device is and who supplies it?
Also does anyone have a circuit diagram or the appropriate part of the diagram for the S4?

Re: Circuit Component Spares - CP106D
Dear Sir,
I understand that you have already discussed this matter with another Dataman technician, he has confirmed to me that we will be sending you this component today.
Best regards,
Neil
