Programming a Samsung K9F1208U0C NAND IC

Postby Guest » 10 Nov 2011 14:27

After programming a Samsung K9F1208U0C Nand flash and placing the IC on a laser printer board I receive a 958 service multi bit EC error using the 48Pro. I have a friend that uses the 48Pro+ and is able to program the IC's with no problem after placing on the board and testing them. We are both using the same settings and reading the same master chip. Is there a function that the 48Pro+ has that my 48Pro does not? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello [email protected],

I can see no reason for this situation. Can I ask you to program a chip using one programmer and then verify the known good chip on the other programmer to see the differences. You will need to make sure you are both using the same software version.

Please let me know how you get on.
