The problem i've is in a Amd Am29LV160DB *48 when i try to read it, give me this mesage:

Manufacturer's code unmatched ! (0000h)
Device Code unmatched ! (0000h)

But in program tell me :
Size:100000hX16 VCC:3.30V Manuf.Code : 0001h
C.Sum: 00000000h VPP:None Device Code: 0049h

If any can help.

Hi Silva,

The AMD 29LV160DB is a low voltage device therefore can only be programed by the D48-LV and not the older D48(non LV), please check which model of Dataman you have. Alternatively try selecting the device manually through the DEVICE > CHANGE menu.

At once thank you for to have answered me, the model of the Dataman 48 that I have it is the 48-LV, because it was made the recently (+ - one month), this upgrade of Dataman came directley from Dataman
I already tried the way DEVICE> CHANGE and the mistake continues. He thanked that you inform me if there will be some other solution to read Am29LV160DB, because the mistake continues.

Hi,

Please make sure that you have the latest D48 software from our website Version 4.40 as this version has support for the Am29LV160DB.
