I have a user who is using the Dataman D48 device, we currently upgraded his machine from w9x to win2k, he "stupidly" installed the win9x setup program on the win2k machine, since this has happened whenever the win2k machine boots it gets as far as the domain logon screen and just reboots giving a "BSOD" memory error. any ideas or anyone had a similar problem, if more details are required then i can provide if someone is willing to help

You could try booting into safemode and uninstalling the software from there.

Let us know how you get on.

The initial installation was not fully complete as the machine crashed midway through. So we cannt uninstall.
