Hi,
we ve got a dataman 48. Yesterday this unit stop functionning.

Which kind of support your company provide (we are in france near paris).

Is there classical problem (Power Supply ...) we can try to remedy ourself ?

Is there a "repair yourself manual" so we can remedy th problem ourself

Hi Stephane,

The Dataman 48 programmer has a 3 year warranty as standard, if you purchased the unit within this period please send back to our UK office for repair free of charge. if the unit is over 3 years old we have a standard repair charge of GBP 95.00. Our turnaround time is 2-3 days.
