D48LV and WinNT4

Hi,

I have been using WindowsNT4 (SP6) connected to a D48LV (my LPT set to SPP) with version 4.20 of the dataman48 software.

however i upgraded to version 4.64 (latest) of the software and the software no longer detects the presence of my D48LV. Error 'The LPT Driver Can't be opened'.

i have tried reconfiguring my bios to use EPP+ECP for LPT and this has had no effect.

i have also tried uninstalling and installing v4.20 again, however i can no longer use this software because i get error, 'project is later than this version, please upgrade', how do i resolve this ?

however i upgraded to version 4.66 (latest) of the software and the software no longer detects the presence of my D48LV. Error 'The LPT Driver Can't be opened'.

i have reconfigured my bios to use EPP+ECP for LPT and this has had no effect.

Can I get the same patch as to the unregistered guest from 29 Apr, please?

I am afraid that the Dataman 48LV will not work correctly under Windows XP without upgrading the
programmer hardware. You need to install the Dataman 48 XP upgrade board which will allow you to run your Dataman 48 on Windows XP and improve programming speed by up to 100% as well as adding support for the latest devices.

hola, me gustaria saber si han podido hacer andar la 48lv con win xp, el link de mas arriba no funciona. tengo una 48lv, consulte en barcela por el upgrade pero no se vende, hay que bajarlo (de donde?) y luego grabarlo (se puede hacer con el win 98 con la misma 48lv?). gracias y hasta luego.
