I'm trying to install the Dataman 48XP on a different machine but seem to be having parallel port problems! All I get is No Active Device. I've already tried changing the port settings to ECP, EPP and ECP+EPP on 3 three different pc's all running XP pro SP3 (Two are Dell, one is IBM all 4+years old, current pc is quite new). The current pc is running v7.5.
Any thoughts? Have I missed something obvious??

From your description it sounds as though your programmer has developed a fault with the parallel interface.

I can only recommend that you return it to us for repair. Details of our returns procedure can be found on our website.
