i want to program from truth table eprom 2716 using dataman 48uxp. how can i make hex file or bin file from truth table? i want to implement a truth table for logic design course.

Thank you for your post.
I am not quite sure what it is you are trying to do. If you simply want to read the data from a working 2716 then this is possible.
Simply select the device in the D48UXP software, place the device into the ZIF socket and hit READ. You will then need to hit the Save button to save the data to a hex file on your PC.
If this is not what you are trying to achieve then please provide more information and I will try to help.
