Vpp setting error mesage

I am getting this message after I try to burn a prom and I do not know what it means. I have tried reseting the unit and installing the new libary with no success

Dear Guest,
A Vpp Setting Error usually occurs if the target EPROM is damaged or destroyed and there is a short circuit from the Vpp pin to ground.
Please check your devices and try working with a known good device.
