Support for NEC uPD780973

Have look through the chip search and can not find this part in your database. Can Dataman add support for this device or recommend the closest Nec uPD78 series chips? Thanks!
Hello TS33DDI,
The device uPD780973 does not have programmable non volatile memory (Flash nor OTP). This device is a Mask ROM part which is programmable during the chip production process only.
Please check the part-number again and confirm which part you wish to read/program.
