s29al008j sector locking error

Using 48Pro+ to prog S29AL008JxxTxxR2 with sectors 0-6 locked but it seems all sectors are locked.

Please program one of these devices again but this time generate a problem report using (menu item Help \ Create problem report) and send the generated ZIP file from your desktop to me for analysis ([email protected]).
This log file will contain all the steps you have taken and will included the device settings any error messages that were displayed and will allow me to diagnose the problem and advise the solution.
