Hi,

I'm totally new at this.

I have to program a new Bios File on this chip.

When I program, I get a checksum failure at about 40% of uploading.

Anyone a idea?

I have a Dataman S4 with 128KB, maybe the 128KB is the problem. I think I need 256KB

Can anyone help me please?

Dear Sir,

It is very likely from your explanation that your S4 RAM is not large for the file that you are trying to load. An upgrade RAM which will increase your S4 memory to 512K is available from Dataman priced at £39.00 .
