Can't send an ASCII/Binary File

Postby Guest » 14 Nov 2011 14:46

Hi, I'm trying to send an ASCII file to a S4, after the program sends (when the transmision bar closes). I don't get the prompt character ">", so I have to use the "esc" button to get it. And the information loaded in the RAM is not the information I just sent. This doesn't happen when I send Intel files.

I hope you can help me.

Nashelli,

Have you set your S4 to receive ASCII?

Hit the SETUP key and use the left and right arrow keys to change the selection to ASCII.

Please let me know if this helps or not.

I get the same this with BINARY files, and yes I have set it to BINARY mode...

I haven't tried ascii.
