I have a PIC12C and a 48Pro2C and I would like to be able to connect to my PIC with it installed on the PCB, because I'm lazy and dont' want to remove it. What I don't know is how to connect each pin to the programmer. Is the wiring guide to the DIL8W/SOIC8 available anywhere?

They do use slightly different programming algorithms so you would need need to change the device selection to match that of the device you were programming the data into.
