CRC programming file load error

Postby IntegraUser » 02 Jun 2020 19:24

Hello,
I loaded an JEDEC programming file on our 48Pro2 and get an error
"CHECKSUM error: file CRC = 0000 buffer CRC = 779D"
When I look at the file their is no checksum 779D mentioned but their are two places at the last two lines of the file that have 0000. Other JEDEC files I've looked at have some hex data on these two lines. The second from the bottom starts with a "C" and reads C0000*. The last line has an odd looking rectangular character and reads 0000

If I remove the last line I still get the same error message. If I edit the C0000 line to C779D the file loads without the error.

I wonder what is going on with my file. Is it possible that when the file was created the checksum was not shown correctly or defaulted to 0000?

Hello,

Please can you email the programming file to [email protected] so our engineers can look into this further?

Please also confirm the full part number of the IC being programmed.

Best regards
