Hello,
I read that the 48Pro2 has ISP but what that means to me is not well understood. I would like to be able to connect this programmer to a handler and have it program devices as well as bin them out as passes or fails. Is that possible?

Based on the details provided, I would recommend the Dataman 48Pro2AP or Dataman 448Pro2AP as suitable programmers. The Dataman 48Pro2 is not intended for this application. The Pro2AP models are specifically designed for use in automated handlers and ATE machines. Please see the links below for further details:
