Hi,

I am struggling to program a TSOP48 package chip using V3.69 dataman software with programming adapter Bottom TSOP48 NOR-1 (ord.no. 70-1227) / Top TSOP48 ZIF 18.4mm (ord.no. 70-1228).

I get the following error each time:
A contact problem occurred or bad programming adapter is used - EC: 20000200
Programming adapter test - error!

I have cleaned the contacts and the pins and still the same error.

The socket shown in the photo does not look like the (Bottom TSOP48 NOR-1) + (Top TSOP48 ZIF 18.4mm) combination.

This is an image of the Top TSOP48 ZIF 18.4mm: As you can see the PCB area is a lot bigger.

Please purchase the top and bottom parts of this socket from our website here in order to read and program the mentioned device:

Bottom TSOP48 NOR-1
Top TSOP48 ZIF 18.4mm
