Hello, this is an older unit that apparently you do not manufacture anymore. Ours has stopped working and desperately need to know if you can still service it. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately we do not offer servicing for this product. As a suitable alternative I would recommend the
Dataman-448Pro2 4-Gang Universal Programmer.
