29F040 sector protection

Is it possible to set/unset sector protection on an AMD 29F040 using an S4
I can't see a way of doing it using PC driver software....but that might just be me !!
I need to set protection on one sector only

It is unfortunate but S4 cannot lock/unlock that device as it cannot supply Vpp on the CEn pin. Programming and erasing the device however is possible.
