Please, could you help me with the following?. Thanks.

I would like to knows if you never had problem when try to download the lib and lib don't want to download, I try already to replace the ram but the problem persist.

Hi,

The important thing to remember when loading a LIBRARY into S4 from PC is that it is different from just loading a FILE. Please make sure that you select TRANSFER and then DOWNLOAD LIBRARY not DOWNLOAD (PC>S4). You must also ensure that the bauds rates for your PC and S4 are set to the same values.
