Dataman 2000 gang burner

Hello,

Does anyone know where I can get service/repair for this unit in North America?

The problem that I am having is that when I turn on the programmer, the LCD dsiplays only 2 lines of bars. There is no menu or text. It did this over a small amount of time - not right away.

Hello Drew,

We do not service or repair this programmer. As a suitable alternative I would recommend the Dataman-448Pro2 which is our latest 4 gang Universal programmer model.
