New PIC library - Version 2.46

Dear Dataman users,

The latest PIC library 2.46 is now available free from the S4 software page of our website.

This latest library fixes the bug relating to the checksum calculation for PIC16F87x, PIC16F87xA and PIC12C67x devices.
