Emulatinng M27C2001 from ST

i'm having trouble getting the S4 Dataman to emulate the following micro - M27C2001 by ST. one possible reason for this (i suspect) is that i don't have the correct library. how/where can i get my hands on a library file that enables me to select this micro?
