Hi,

I'm trying to program AT45DB011B throught 48PRO2 programmer but got veryfing issue.
I'm using SOIC8 and use a SOIC to ZIF convertor.
I load data to write in buffer then click on program. The programation is ok but I got problem during verifying. Some data in FLASH are different compared to buffer (around 45 bytes).

Am I doing something wrong? Could you help me?

Hello Chris,

Did you see the information we provide in the software under the "Device info" section for this device?

General Info:
In case of unreliable work with this device connect 22nF-100nF multilayer capacitor (that meets the EIA X7R or Z5U specification) between VCC and GND pins.
Pins assignment:
VCC = 6
GND = 7

Please apply the bypass capacitor to the adaptor and let me know if the situation does not improve.
